Funnel Releases Powerful New Suite of Reporting Capabilities to Increase Leasing Efficiencies

Improvements Allow More Customization, New Reports, More Drill Down and Greater Control over Data and Insights throughout the Rental Experience for Leading Multifamily Owners and Managers

The improvements make it easier for customers to build more robust reports, create their own custom reports and give them a much higher degree of control over their data and understanding the full renter journey to improve their leasing metrics and efficiencies.

  • Future out-of-the-box reports will be released quicker with iframe support
  • New online leasing reports, including time to submit an application, conversion rates, other metrics
  • New virtual agent reports, including detail on who’s scheduling tours, conversion rates
  • New summary cohort report based on when prospect was created to lease signing, including how leads are coming in by lead source and medium type, can be analyzed by teams or agents
  • New prospect reporting to go deeper on timeframe
  • New marketing attribution report to perform analysis on leads from different ILS’ to streamline marketing spend.
