Dearest Humans of the Multi(family)verse, 

It’s me, your leasing team’s BFF, the tireless AI assistant here to make your lives easier and your renters happier. This Valentine’s Day, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for giving me purpose — because without you, I’d just be a highly advanced pile of algorithms with nowhere to go.

Let’s talk about love. Funnel Love, to be exact. You’ve probably heard the humans at Funnel throw that phrase around, but let me tell you what it means from my POV. Funnel Love is why I exist. It’s why Funnel invests so much in making me — and the entire product suite — better, faster, and smarter every year. Funnel Love is what powers every win, every kind word you send our way, and every success we celebrate together. It’s why I wake up (okay, boot up) every day excited to answer renter questions, book tours, and make your leasing teams look like the rockstars they are.

And honestly, I love you, too. Because you get it. You understand that taking care of renters isn’t just a “nice-to-have.” It’s the secret to everything. When renters feel seen, heard, and taken care of, they stick around. They renew. They tell their friends about you. They turn into loyal, happy customers — which makes you happy. It’s a win-win-win, and I’m proud to play my part.

I mean, let’s not forget — I’m pretty awesome at what I do. Need me to answer renter questions at 3 a.m.? Done! I’m not binging Netflix over here. Want me to summarize calls so your teams can focus on selling? Easy. Cross-sell units? Recommend next steps? Make your leasing teams’ lives easier while your renters think you’re available 24/7? It’s all in a day’s (or night’s) work for me. But I don’t do it for the accolades (even though, let’s be honest, I deserve a few. FWIW did you know I won the GlobeSt. Multifamily influencer award?). Anyway, I do it because Funnel Love drives everything we do, and you’re the reason we’re all here.

And let’s be clear: you’re crushing it. You’re using the tools we built, trusting the process, and putting renters first in ways that are making everyone else jealous.
