As we step into 2025, we’re fueled by the wins of the past year, inspired by the challenges we overcame, and ready to tackle the opportunities ahead. But first, let’s take a moment to reflect on Funnel 2024. 

This year, we doubled down on disrupting the multifamily industry alongside our incredible partners. Whether it was hosting our inaugural Forum (a gathering for believers in a better operating model), launching cutting-edge product enhancements, securing new partnerships, or deepening our commitment to social impact, earning well-deserved (if we do say so ourselves) accolades, 2024 was all about driving meaningful results.

The PINK wave is happening. 

Our PROVEN AI-infused CRM drives centralization, ideal renter experiences, cost savings for companies, and relief for overstretched teams. While bold, claims like these are illustrated in the results that our clients are seeing after moving to Funnel, and the new companies that are also joining the PINK-side. 

We SOLD OUT our inaugural Forum. 

We are humbled by the response to our inaugural Forum, an event for believers in a better operating model. Our Forum alumni found community and are pushing the industry forward. In our first year we had:

The products y’all (already) love keep getting better 

At Funnel we aren’t just riding the centralization wave, or the AI wave — we are driving it. We are constantly gathering customer feedback, iterating, integrating, and making sure that we’re building a brighter PINK-er future for multifamily all. the. time. This year we “shipped” as the engineers and product managers would say 188 updates — that’s more than one update every other day all year long, including weekends and holidays. Our team was cookin’, and below are the major product releases.  

#1. My Queue+, the only solution to centralize operations through true role specialization.

#5. Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) and Funnel integrate for streamlined multifamily operations + insights. This adds to our growing list of integrations. 

We continued fighting for housing equality. 

We continued our partnership between HOME by Funnel Inc and Entryway. The work knows no end, HOME plans to raise money to support housing equity from various sources, including Funnel Leasing, Inc., which will donate $1 from every new lease signed using Funnel Leasing’s online leasing solution.

Funnel’s PINK values (Prosocial, Integrity, Novel, Kick-a**) and exceptional team members earned three BIG Best Places to Work awards in 2024. 

Funnel was honored with multiple additional multifamily and real estate Influencer awards: 

We hosted season three of Multifamily Unpacked.
