Recognition follows Turner’s 2025 Multifamily Influencer honor and adds to Funnel’s growing list of industry accolades

JUNE 03, 2026, TAMPA, FLFunnel, the proven CRM and agentic AI platform for multifamily operators and managers, today announced that Leslie Turner, General Manager of Professional Services at Funnel, was recognized as a 2026 CRE-Tech Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. This award highlights the commercial real estate experts who assist companies in managing processes through their technological expertise and their ability to quickly adapt.

“Technology continues to change dramatically over the course of my career, but the underlying mission of helping teams and renters is steady,” said Leslie Turner, General Manager of Professional Services at Funnel. “I’m honored to be recognized by GlobeSt. and grateful to be part of a team that is helping transform an industry dedicated to one of the most important things in anyone’s life: where they call home.”

Commercial real estate’s use of technology is growing exponentially. This award recognizes leaders succeeding in this field who are quick to embrace new technology, skilled at analyzing data, and able to see how innovation can drive businesses forward.

With over three decades of experience driving innovation and meaningful impact, Turner’s journey began on the original RentRoll team in 1994. She went on to lead OneSite as President at RealPage — helping build one of the industry’s most foundational property management software platforms — before bringing her expertise to Funnel, where she now heads the company’s professional services organization. During her tenure at RealPage, Turner played a pivotal role in growing revenue from roughly $4 million in 1998 to $1.2 billion by 2020. Since joining Funnel in early 2024, she has driven significant expansion across the company’s implementation, training, and consulting operations.

“Leslie’s recognition as a CRE-Tech Influencer reflects what so many in the industry already know: she is a builder, a problem-solver, and a trusted leader in multifamily technology,” said Tyler Christiansen, CEO of Funnel. “Her work helped operators modernize how they run their businesses for decades, and we’re grateful to have her leadership at Funnel as we continue building the platform powering the new operating model for multifamily.”

This recognition builds on Funnel’s growing list of industry accolades across multifamily, proptech, workplace culture, and leadership. Funnel and its team members were recognized multiple times (2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025) by GlobeSt., for both the CRE Tech Influencer and Multifamily Influencer awards in each year. Funnel earned recognition as a Best Places to Work in Multifamily honoree (2024), a Best Places to Work in Multifamily for Women honoree (2024), a National Apartment Association Top Employer winner (2026, 2023) and finalist (2021, 2022, and 2025), ranked No. 11 on Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list, as well as a Tampa Bay Business Journal Inno Fire Awards winner. In 2024, Eartha Williams, Funnel’s People Operations Manager, was also recognized as a 2024 Business of Pride honoree.
