Funnel Leasing Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of any Funnel products (including any products that include tools powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”)). It applies to all users, including account holders, authorized users, and any individuals or entities accessing or using any of the Funnel products.

By accessing or using any Funnel product, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Updates to Policy

Funnel Leasing may change this Acceptable Use Policy by posting an updated version of the Acceptable Use Policy and such updates will be effective upon posting.

Permitted Use

You may use the Funnel products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of their applicable agreement, order form, or terms of service.

Prohibited Use

In connection with your use of any Funnel products, you agree that you will not do any of the following (or permit or enable (directly or indirectly) any third party to use any of the Funnel products to do any of the following:

  1. Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or make any of the Funnel products available (in whole or in part) to any third party or access or use them in a way that is not permitted by this Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable agreement between you and Funnel. You shall not use the Funnel products (or any portion thereof) to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark or evaluate any of the Funnel products for the purpose of developing a competing offering.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or any components of the Funnel products (including models, tools, methods, processes, or infrastructure).
  3. Create derivative works based in whole or in part on the Funnel products or components thereof.
  4. Attempt to access areas of the Funnel products you are not authorized to access, bypass security controls, or interfere with authentication or account protections. If you become aware of a security issue, report it to Funnel promptly.
  5. Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data or credentials or attempt to intercept, monitor, or modify data or communications not intended for you.
  6. Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, including viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code, through the Funnel products.
  7. Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or malware using the Funnel products.
  8. Attempt to collect or harvest any Funnel data or data of other users or third parties contained within any of the Funnel products, including, without limitation, by deploying bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or similar tools or any other automated or semi-automated or high-volume methods to access, search, or collect data from any portion of the Funnel products.
  9. Deploy bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, agents, or similar tools or any other autonomous or semi-autonomous technology to access, operate, or use any portion of the Funnel products.
  10. Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Funnel products, their infrastructure, or connected networks.
  11. Frame the Funnel products, place pop-up windows over them, or otherwise alter how the Funnel products are displayed.
  12. Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Funnel products or any data processed by them.
  13. Remove or obscure proprietary notices or labels within the Funnel products.
  14. Generate content; input information, data or content; or otherwise use any Funnel product in any manner that may, directly or indirectly, infringe on any person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, rights of privacy, confidentiality, or any other rights.
  15. Perform or facilitate dangerous, illegal, or harmful activities (or encourage others to do any of the foregoing).
  16. Engage in deceptive or misleading activities.
  17. Engage in abusive or fraudulent activities.
  18. Engage in malicious activities.
  19. Engage in highly-regulated activities.
  20. Engage in activities with a high risk of economic harm.
  21. Engage in violent, hateful, or threatening activities.
  22. Engage in sexually explicit activities.
  23. Stalk, harass, threaten, bully, or harm another person or organization.
  24. Generate or share content intended to misinform, misrepresent, or mislead.
  25. Automate (or substantially automate) decisions in domains that affect material legal or other rights or well-being or have similarly significant effect without human review, including employment, education, credit, housing, healthcare, insurance, government services, or social welfare.
  26. Remove or alter any watermarks, provenance signals, or content authenticity metadata associated with any AI tool output, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about the origin of AI-generated content.
  27. Use any Funnel products, related data, or models to create, train, or improve (directly or indirectly) any other large language model or AI tools.
  28. Attempt to override, bypass, or circumvent content safety controls or prompt the Funnel products to act in a manner that violates applicable laws, rules, regulations, or Funnel policies or documentation.
  29. Use the Funnel products for any purpose prohibited by law.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Funnel may use a combination of automated tools and limited human review. If Funnel reasonably determines that content or activity violates applicable law, t any agreement between you and Funnel, or this Acceptable Use Policy, Funnel may take appropriate steps, such as limiting or suspending access to affected features or content.

User Responsibility and Accountability

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that individuals who access any of the Funnel products through your accounts comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. You are also responsible for how you use the Funnel products and for the content you choose to generate or share. Funnel’s review of content or actions taken to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy does not mean Funnel approves, endorses, or assumes responsibility for any user content or activity.

A customer’s violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will be considered a material breach of the applicable agreement governing the customer’s use of the Funnel products.
