AI tool increases equitable opportunities for renters to find homes

July 12, 2023, TAMPA, FL — Funnel Leasing, the only Renter Management Software platform, today announced an update that makes their Virtual Leasing Agent (VLA) AI solution more equitable. Funnel clients will now have the option to have their AI solution understand and respond to questions in Spanish. 

Renters should all have the same opportunities and abilities to learn about available housing, and instantly book tours. This change aligns with Funnel’s pro-social core value as well as the mission of HOME by Funnel, Inc. —  Housing Opportunity Made Equal — to provide more equitable opportunities for housing for renters of all backgrounds.
