A flexible and growing integration to support every tech stack

This is Funnel’s newest integration, which gives Funnel the benefit of being a fully PMS-agnostic solution. Deep integrations with property management software providers allows operators to build a flexible tech stack to delight renters and teams, and create efficiencies for operators. Funnel pushes all information in real-time to Entrata, and pulls information from Entrata at various intervals (as it is available from Entrata). See the graphic below to understand the cadence of information flowing between the two solutions to ensure seamless, accurate information and tracking.

Yardi x Funnel feeds

• Pulls in unit pricing and availability at each property from a PMS endpoint.
• Typically contains a list of units, pricing, availability status, date available, and sometimes amenities, square footage, and photos.
• Feeds parse (run) hourly. When the parse data is pulled from the endpoint, and it is parsed based on the parameters set on the feed. Then, unit information is updated in Funnel.

Unit availability vs. resident statuses

• Unit availability and resident status are determined from the PMS’ feed.
