Robust integration keeps information flowing between solutions

Our integration with RealPage is robust and is trusted by some of the leading and largest companies in the multifamily industry. Funnel pushes all information in real-time to RealPage, and pulls information from Realpage at various intervals (as it is available from RealPage). See the table below to understand the cadence of information flowing between the two solutions to ensure seamless, accurate information and tracking.

Yardi x Funnel feeds

• Pulls in unit pricing and availability at each property from a PMS endpoint.
• Typically contains a list of units, pricing, availability status, date available, and sometimes amenities, square footage, and photos.
• Feeds parse (run) hourly. When the parse data is pulled from the endpoint, and it is parsed based on the parameters set on the feed. Then, unit information is updated in Funnel.

Unit availability vs. resident statuses

• Unit availability and resident status are determined from the PMS’ feed.
