Funnel Training Architected by Experienced Property Management Educator 

 

AUGUST 04, 2022, TAMPA, FL — Funnel Leasing, the only Renter Management Software platform, today announced the hiring of veteran multifamily training professional, Shelly Twibell, CPM as Director of Training. In her new role Twibell will lead the training team at Funnel, which is responsible for crafting a best-in-class onboarding experience for new clients, and new Funnel users of existing clients to Funnel’s secure, enterprise-grade marketing and communications platform. During her tenure at the third-largest apartment management company in the country Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Pinnacle Property Management Service), and served as a Director of Training within property management companies.

Twibell brings more than 20 years of property management experience to the Funnel team. She is able to bring her insights directly from her on-the-ground experience within the multifamily industry on how to best support teams, make their workdays smoother, and increase property management company leasing professional retention. Twibell values explaining the “why” we are doing this new process to teams, just as much as explaining the “how” we do this process because Twibell knows those team members who understand the “why,” are better equipped to navigate around obstacles when tactics need to shift.
